Abstract

Information and communication competence, digital literacy become the necessary skills of citizens of the modern society of any state, a key to the successful development of the country's economy. The UK Digital Strategy 2017 aims to develop the digital competitive economy of the country, which requires appropriately trained specialists in various fields of economy with a high level of IC competence. The key to achieving the goals is education, teachers who must successfully possess information and communication technologies.
