Abstract

The possibilities of creating psychodiagnostic procedures for the study of a gifted personality as a systemic integrity are analyzed. On the basis of the author's classification of values, a questionnaire «Profile of the value consciousness of a gifted personality» was constructed. Personality values of membership are operationalized through orientation towards "cultural", assertive, referential, virtual interaction and disposition. The personal values of recognition are presented in the questionnaire through targeting "assertive" competition, "competent" support and evaluation, appreciation and personal recognition. The personal values of cognition were specified in orientations on utilitarian and general knowledge, on knowledge in the field of development of abilities, on the development of individual cognitive abilities, on self-knowledge. Personality values of creativity are considered through orientation to personal standards of activity, development of abilities, to overcome failures, devotion of the task, to creative orientation. Personal values of self-identity are operationalized through orientation on ability as a value, on their own moral values, on the values of personality, on high self-esteem in the space of their own valuing constructs, on subjectivity. The personal meanings of life values were presented as orientations on life goals, on self-realization in the future, on value autonomy, on self-worth, on spiritual values The data of the pilot study are analyzed and it is established that the developed questionnaire is a sensitive tool for individual diagnostics of the value consciousness of gifted personality. The possibilities of valuable support – a specially developed method of targeted individual psychological help, based on personal values – are outlined and it consists in the harmonization of the value consciousness of a gifted personality.
