Abstract

The article substantiates the general approaches to the use of open electronic scientific and educational systems for the development of information and research competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, postgraduates and doctoral students. In today's information society there is a digital transformation that directly affects the scientific community, so there is a need to use various online support tools for information support and organization of research that simplifies and facilitates the implementation of scientific and scientific and pedagogical activities. Therefore, it is important to improve the qualifications of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers, post-graduate students and doctoral students. Particular attention should be paid to the development of their information and research competence with the use of open electronic systems.
