Abstract

At the article substantiated the influence the cultural and educational sphere representatives’ image etiquette PR-components on the formation of a culture of professional interaction. Was draw attention on the need for training competent, competitive specialists with abilities to carry out at high level professional activities. It was noted that an important component of the cultural and educational sphere specialists’ image is the professional interaction culture formation, since their activities relate to the «person-to-person» type professions and culture and education dissemination provide. The position is argued that etiquette culture is a phenomenon with a certain amount of knowledge and skills that is necessary in cultural and educational activities, is an extensive system of effective behavioral communication and the realization of personal capabilities of a cultural and educational sphere representative. The cultural and educational sphere main etiquette specialists’ image PR components are characterized. It was noted that the ability to form relationships of constructive cooperation, in particular, a benevolent atmosphere, communication tone, conflict situations prevention and quality resolution affects on the cultural and educational sphere representative performance, psychological climate improves, creates conditions for the acquisition of experience of constructive behavior by participants of interpersonal interaction. The conclusion is formulated: the given examples make it possible to ensure personal self-development, help determine the level of this aspect of professional identification, and is a means of influencing other subjects of the cultural and educational process. We are talking about the moral development of the individual, in which human values have interiorization, culture of etiquette as a means of communication, cognition and development promotes the organization of joint activities and is a factor in the development of interpersonal relations.
