Abstract
The curriculum should be directed in the informational educational environment, to become a self-teacher on personal and reader development. Reading activity is considered as a process of dialogical interaction between a student and teacher with the text, as well as students with the teacher and between themselves in order to assimilate the content of the work, the disclosure of the author's position, the creation of individual meanings as a means of reader and personal self-development.
