Abstract

The paper notes that the current educational reform of Finland (2014-2020) focuses on three areas: new pedagogy, new learning environments and digital learning. Digital game based learning is considered at the national level as a basic approach to learning. Formation and development of students' digital competences in the national curriculum of secondary education includes four main directions. A number of digital tools for developing the digital competence of teachers and students used in Finland to create computer-based learning environments are considered.
