Abstract

In 2017, new curricula for biology for upper secondary schools of two levels of education (standard and profile) were created and approved. New to implement the content of school biological education is its close association with school environmental education. To this end, the educational subject, called the "Biology and Ecology", contains two interconnected content blocks: biological and ecological. The programs also set the competence potential of the educational subject "Biology and Ecology".
