Abstract

The article is devoted to the coverage of the Ukrainian society of deaf cooperation with the Canadian diaspora in the education of indigent children, the study of the sign language of the deaf, and the socialization of the non-believers in the society on the pages of the newspaper "Our Life". In the article, the author raises the question of the positive impact of cooperation with Canadian specialists on changing public opinion in Ukraine regarding the possibilities of non-hearing individuals, the quality of educational training for youth with hearing impairments, the status of sign language, etc.
