Abstract
Formation of scientifically substantiated norms is a necessary condition for optimistic expectations concerning the results of vocational and professional advanced education, since even the best standard can be overcome by inadequate teacher activity. The standardization of vocational and professional advanced education is due, on the one hand, to the need to create a unified educational space in the country, which will ensure a unified level of education for all the main types of educational institutions and the aspirations of Ukraine to enter the system of world culture.
