Abstract

The actual issues of constructing an adaptive learning environment by network-oriented means and technologies are considered, which provides for equal access to quality education. The technologies of the open adaptive learning system are described and characterized. Attention is paid to the computer principles of constructing an open adaptive learning system that provides the opportunity to effectively provide timely, reliable and exhaustive information and sources for effective acquisition of knowledge.
