Abstract

The methodical manual highlights the aspects of adapting any diagnostic algorithms from the paper level to the level of the online resource, sets the tasks of formalization and programming of relevant tests with different levels of programmer engagement. The author describes own approach to the process of developing and creating a universal system for the construction of both diagnostic forms and mathematical-statistical apparatus of computation. The authors developed a general structure of the online resource, which combines the diagnostic tests developed at the Institute of Gifted Children of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and preserves all the test data. The manual will be useful for psychological and pedagogical staff and heads of educational institutions, specialists in education management, scientific and methodological staff and students of relevant specialization.
