Abstract
Technologies and tools for software products and systems development are one of the priority directions of scientific research and scientific and technical development in Ukraine. Software engineers must be prepared on the basis of the best world standards and advanced foreign experience. Mobility pervades all the professional training of program engineers. It is determined that the environment of professional-practical training of future specialists in software engineering at a higher educational institution should be mobile-oriented. The decision of the public order for the training of program engineers, which will ensure the evolution and convergence of nano-, bio-, information and cognitive technologies, requires the formation of professors in the field of professional-practical training of competence in designing a mobile-oriented learning environment.
