Abstract

The article demonstrates the motivated use of the method of control and evaluation of educational achievements of 5-6 grade pupils from the Russian language on the basis of a competent approach, which has a holistic character, is based on scientifically well-balanced and tested didactic and linguistic-didactic principles, envisages the use of active forms of educational and cognitive activity that contributes to the development of critical thinking students.
