Abstract

The paper discusses the on-line tool "Teacher-mentor" (Larermentor.no), through which the teacher has the opportunity to assess the level of his digital competence and receive suggestions on the implementation of appropriate measures to enhance it. "Teacher-mentor" consists of four sections: pedagogy and ICT; digital products; digital solutions; digital communication The assessment in both instruments takes place on a scale of five levels, where the 1st level is the lowest, and the 5th level is the highest.
