Abstract
The methodological recommendations produced by the scientists of the Laboratory of Organizational and Social Psychology at Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, consider the training sessions of teaching staff's training in organizational culture development in conditions of social tension. The authors analyze the main principles and use of the technological approach to training session development as well as the training session components, stages and interactive techniques. The recommendations describe the contents and structure of the training courses "Development of Educational Organization Culture in Conditions of Social Tension" and "Organizational and Psychological factors in the Development of Educational Organization Culture in Conditions of Social Tension" as well as list self-check questions, recommended literature (to the first and second parts of the recommendations) and test assignments (to the first part of the work). The methodological recommendations are intended for managers and employees, organizational psychologists, teachers and students of institutes of postgraduate education, scientists, as well as all those who are interested in psychological problems of organizational culture development organizations in conditions of social tension.
