Abstract
The article describes the levels of development of the main types of teaching staff’s tolerance. The author analyzed the influence of organizational and professional factors on the main types and the general indicator of pedagogical workers tolerance. The influence of such organizational and professional factors as position, general work experience, work experience at the position, education type on individual types and the general indicator of pedagogical workers’ tolerance has been detected. It has been found that the indicators of teachers’ tolerance were most influenced by the general work experience and less influenced by such factors as position, work experience at the position and type of education. It has been stated that work experience contributed to the development of teaching staff’s tolerance, however, after thirty-five years of work experience indicators of tolerance were shown to significantly reduce. The influence of education type on the general indicator of teachers’ tolerance was discovered. The pedagogical workers with humanitarian and technical education were more tolerant than the ones with natural, legal and economic education. To our opinion, it is expedient to develop a program of psychological support for pedagogical workers’ tolerance formation taking into account the above-mentioned organizational and professional factors.
