Abstract

. In the article the essence and content of psychological factors of self-actualization of the person during the period of maturation are revealed. In particular, the views of representatives are presented as classical scientific approaches, as well as new concepts that reveal procedural characteristics and mechanisms that provide disclosure of personal potential. It is through this process that the individual joins the society, harmoniously and balancedly discloses it, realizing the possibilities of developing his "I". It is noted that it is during the period of maturity that the question of self-actualization of the person appears as the most relevant. After all, while growing up, along with new social responsibilities and rights, the person receives the same resource that is necessary for her self-formation and the search for her own self. Among contemporary psychological concepts, the study of man as an integrity, as the subject of his own life, which has a great potential for opening new perspectives in the development of autopsychological competence, is especially highlighted. It is thanks to the subjective consideration of personality within the framework of psychology there are new perspectives and opportunities for studying self-actualization of personality. It is concluded that self-actualization in psychological studies is interpreted as a process of self-realization, the embodiment of oneself, based on the search and approval of its own unique unique path, of its individual values and the meaning of its own existence at every moment of time.
