Abstract

The article describes theoretical positions about the essence of concepts «professional competence of the teacher of the gymnasium» and «monitoring of professional pedagogical competence». The author has identified and analyzed the components of professional pedagogical teacher's competence, describing the content of these concepts. In the article the model of monitoring of professional pedagogical competence is presented, factors and criteria of the level of formation of this competence are characterized.
