Abstract

The author presents her training program "Psychology of organization-level social tension in educational organizations" based on her scientific developments and practical experience and discusses its aim, objectives and structure. The author describes three training sessions ("Social Tension as an Interdisciplinary Phenomenon and Its Manifestations in Organizations", "Social Tension in Educational Organizations and Its Manifestations at the Meso and Micro Levels" and "Basic Types of Organization-Level Social Tension in Educational Organizations"), which make up the training and consistently reveal its subject. Each training session includes three main components (informational, assessment and developing), which use different interactive techniques including small groups, intergroup discussions, workshops, business games and projects, etc. It is noted that the training program is a part of the teaching staff's work under social tension training technology aimed at developing their understanding of various types of social tension in educational organizations and its factors as well as organizational and psychological conditions for its prevention and overcoming.
