Abstract
The monograph, which has been written by the scientists of the Laboratory of Organizational and Social Psychology of Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, presents the results of the study into the problem of psychological technologies of teachers' training for the development of organizational culture in conditions of social tension. The monograph dsicusses the theoretical and methodological principles of the research, in particular the phenomenon of social tension in the organization and the role of organizational culture and psychological technologies in its prevention and overcoming. The authors analyze social tension in educational organizations at the level of the organization, at the level of personnel interactions and at the personal level. The book explores the factors behind educational organization social tension, its consequences and prevention and overcoming as well as the main characteristics of organizational culture of educational organizations (components, index, types and levels) and their relationships with different types of social tension. The authors discuss in detail the psychological technologies of teachers' training for the development of organizational culture in conditions of social tension, in particular the contents, structure and application of the psychological technologies, which include the psychological technology of teachers' training for work in conditions of social tension and the psychological technology of teachers' training for the development of organizational culture in conditions of social tension. The book also describes the training sessions, units and different interactive techniques used in teachers' training. The monograph is intended for managers and employees, organizational psychologists, teachers and students of institutes of postgraduate education and scientists, as well as all those who are interested in the psychological problems of the development of organizational culture in conditions of social tension.
