Abstract
The article presents the content and structure of the training 'Educational organization culture development in conditions of social tension' as an effective method of educators' psychological training for organizational culture development of in conditions of social tension. Organizational culture is considered as one of the essential factors in reducing social tension in educational organizations. The author discusses the training's objectives, main components, target audience, design, forms and basic interactive techniques. The training is made up of the training sessions, the training topics (informative, assessing and developmental components) and the interactive techniques used to represent each component. The article provides the detailed description of the training's content. The interactive techniques used in the training include icebreakers, expectations analysis, lecture-presentations, filling in worksheets, incomplete sentences (with further group discussion), brainstorms, mini lectures, drawings, psychological workshops, intergroup discussions, individual projects, reflection sessions, etc.
