Abstract

The developed concept of culture is based on a system of concepts for description the objects of application of natural and artificial intelligence based on logical, mathematical and human knowledge, which generally corresponds to the priorities of cognitive science. Additional opportunities for describing the activity of culture agents are provided by the theory of tasks, which is based on the specified system of concepts, including the General concept of task as a system. The theory of tasks is applied to the analysis of scientific activity, including its communicative aspects.
