Abstract
Thesis work procuring science degree of a PhD in Pedagogy with a specialization in 13.00.04 «Theory and methodology of vocational education». – The Institute of vocational education and training of the National academy of educational science of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2018. n the dissertation the pedagogical conditions for the formation of entrepreneurial competence of future specialists in the restaurant industry have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked: updating of the content of vocational education taking into account the entrepreneurial component; involvement of students in the development of business projects; the introduction of an integrative educational and methodical complex of entrepreneurial direction. The essence and structure of entrepreneurial competence of future specialists in restaurant industry are revealed. The methodology of forming entrepreneurial competence of future specialists in the restaurant industry, detailed by a system of pedagogical actions aimed at forming an economic thinking, the ability to independently master the economic knowledge, determine the constructive ways of solving complex problems, apply the acquired knowledge for the successful implementation of entrepreneurial activity, and is implemented on the reproductive , constructive, creative and productive stages.
