Abstract
One of the main conditions for improving the quality of training pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical staff, increasing their professional competence, and wider use of innovative pedagogical technologies is the introduction of adaptive cloud-oriented systems in educational institutions. In addition, according to the Law of Ukraine on general secondary education, general secondary education is provided not only by primary schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, but also by scientific lyceums. The draft Provision on scientific lyceums is currently presented for public discussion on the MES website, but the next stage of the implementation of the Law of Ukraine on general secondary education provides for the development of the Procedure for enrollment in scientific lyceums and scientific boarding schools. The draft Law on Scientific Lyceums states that "The institution of education shall: ... have in its composition at least two cycle commissions of pedagogical (scientific and pedagogical) workers". In this regard, there is a need for fundamental research into the design and use of cloud-oriented adaptive systems in the process of training and professional development of teachers of scientific lyceums.
