Abstract
The following article views the method of intellect-cards as a means of structuring data in a visual form for the purpose of its active perception, efficient remembering and restoration. Basing on the Standards and Guidelines for quality assurance in Europe (ESG - European Standards and Guidelines), the relevance of providing qualified educational services for training of an IT specialized student andformation of his competences is growing nowadays. Thus the application of this method significantly affects the quality and efficiency of training of the Programming course students in IT specializations. The basis of the method of intellect-cards is associative thinking, visualization, holistic perception, just like human brain perceives the world and tries to construct the information of this world in a tree-like form. Therefore, one of the effective ways of structuring remembering is submitting the material you need to remember in a structure of a "tree." Intellect-cards become an alternative to the traditional way of making notes, storing large quantities of educational information by a student for further use. Intellect-cards are graphically expressed processes of multidimensional thinking. The advantage of using intellect-cards is the possibility to interconnect the work of left and right hemispheres of the brain. It provides us with a universal key to reveal the potential existing in the brain of each student and hens to improvement of his mental abilities. Application of intellect-cards will appear to be the motivator to a more intensive studying ofprogramming course students of higher educatiol institutions.
