Abstract
At present, the requirements for improving the quality, productivity and effectiveness of both collective and personal research of domestic scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers are constantly increasing. The use of electronic open access systems provides new possibilities for evaluating the scientific activity of publishers, the level of their scientific activity, and allows to trace the relevance of research works, publications, number of reviews, downloads and citations of electronic versions of scientific products through the analysis of indicators of information systems. Scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers should provide the society with transparent information about the state of science, its development trends and the ability to contribute to solving the problems of the educational sector. There is a problem of using electronic information resources and services as means of introducing research results, in particular their disclosure and dissemination. This ensures, firstly, the publication of products on the basis of scientific research and access to its users of the Internet and, secondly, automates the processes of collecting, processing and reporting data on the quantitative and qualitative indicators of this publication. Open Science in Ukraine - a project on comprehensive support for scientific journals on the Internet.
