Abstract
In the article it is proved that the experience of the academic culture of the future teacher development under university education is an important factor for innovation reforming of continuous pedagogical education. It is determined that during the second half of the XIX – the beginning of the XXI century universities have been evolved as the leading national centres of scientific thought, centres of fundamental scientific schools and educational traditions of humanitarian, cultural, Ukrainian scientific fields, the environment of a system of future teachers and researchers professional training. Methodological principles of teachers’ academic culture development in terms of university education are in unison with the main issues of cultural, multicultural and synergetic approaches that leads to the evolution of scientific and educational university space based on fundamental and innovative development, determines the value vectors of future teachers’ training through culture, multiculturalism, interdisciplinarity.
