Abstract
The analysis of the research sources has shown that modern technologies, in particular cloud services, have a number of advantages that make it possible to improve the quality of educational activity management in pre-school educational institutions (PEI). The introduction of cloud services Google has a range of benefits that are fundamental to educational activities management in PEI: free; ease of use; availability of a universal account providing access to all services; ability to work on different platforms (Windows, Android, iOS); the presence of a functional necessary for educational activities managing; availability from any digital device connected to the Internet; no need to deploy a "cloud". For the successful implementation of cloud services in educational activity management in PEI, the development of appropriate model is important. The article presents the author's model of using Google cloud services in educational activities management of the pre-school education institution (PEI). The model contains seven interrelated components, among which: target, conceptual, informative, technological, diagnostic and resulting, as well as subjects of its implementation. The implementation of the model will facilitate the provision of support for the management of educational activities in PEI using Google cloud services, namely in: the implementation of management functions of planning, organization, control, regulation; synchronous and asynchronous communication between subjects of educational activity of PEI; providing feedback to stakeholders; the formation of a bank of electronic resources, documents and methodological materials, the implementation of electronic document management; methodical work and professional self-development; creation of a positive image of the PEI.
