Abstract

The Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp 2.0:) is described. It was presented by the European Commission in 2016. In 2017 the DigComp was modernized and developped. The descriptors and cases of their use in European countries were presented in 2017. The DigComp is one of the morern European strategic documents that has been developped for the cirrucula developpers and those who are working on the teaching materials and technologies.The descriptors of the learning outcomes in the sphere of digital competence are presented.
