Abstract

The social and economic transformations taking place in the Ukrainian society lead to significant changes in the sphere of education: social expectations, social orders of education change. The process of reforming education, the introduction of new State standards, the need to implement innovative ideas set before the education system, the expansion of the functions of educational institutions lead to the emergence of new requirements for the activities of its head.
