Abstract
The manual analyzes the components of information and analytical support for pedagogical research on the basis of open access electronic systems in order to increase the efficiency of scientific and educational activities. The leading domestic and world tendencies and main directions of use of electronic open access systems for support of psychological and pedagogical researches are determined. The manual contains theoretical, methodological and practical recommendations for acquiring knowledge, development of skills and abilities of scientific and scientific and pedagogical workers. The relevance of the material presented in the manual corresponds to the scientific and pedagogical needs for the implementation of scientific products: disclosure, dissemination and use. The manual can be used in scientific institutions and institutions of higher education, courses for the upgrading of scientific and pedagogical workers, as well as for the preparation of postgraduate students for the educational and research program "Information and communication technologies in education" and for doctoral students, and for anyone interested in the use of information communication technologies in scientific and scientific pedagogical activity.
