Abstract

The article deals with one of the ways of educational content forming in the system of post-graduate education, in particular using of IT is considered as the realization of computer mediated communication, the basic directions of forming an electronic learning environment, identified approaches to educational evaluation of the usefulness of modern IT tools as a condition of raising the quality of educational services.
