Abstract

The book is devoted to the memory of the outstanding scientist, doctor of pedagogical sciences, professor, current member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (academician), Honored Scientist and Technician of Ukraine, the famous scientist - specialist in the field of general pedagogy and teaching methods of physics, talented scientist, wise Master – Semen Ustimovic Goncharenko (09.06.1928 – 07.04.2013). The book visualizes the memories of his students, colleagues and friends, and highlights some aspects of the teacher's scientific and methodological heritage. The publication is addressed to scientists, doctoral students, postgraduate students, pedagogical staff of institutions of higher education, vocational education (vocational), general education institutions, and everyone interested in the scientific and pedagogical heritage of academician Semen Ustyomovich Goncharenko, questions of methodology of pedagogy, biographical, phenomenological approaches in pedagogy, and also problems of professional and personal development of adults, humanization of school education, methods of teaching physics in high school.
