Abstract

The development of the system of postgraduate education, the implementation of innovative technologies for vocational training of specialists in the field of public administration and education administration is considered as a complex multidimensional process aimed at solving a complex of social, legal and functional problems that should take place on the basis of a personalized approach based on normative, structural, organizational , methodological, informational, personnel, material, technical, technological and financial support, and such the same system of updating content, forms, methods and system of evaluation of learning outcomes.
