Abstract
The collection substantiates the peculiarities of scientific and methodological support for modernisation national VET and occupational pre-high education in the context of European integration processes. The directions of food industry specialists’ professional development on modern lines in VET schools and theoretical basis for HE agrarian teachers’ ecological competence formation are described. The models of distance professional education, identification and development of students' abilities, VET schools managers’ professional self-improvement, PE future teachers’ individual style of professional activity as part of pedagogical practice are presented. The emphasis is put on future economists’ professional mobility and foreign-language professional communication skills formation, future ecologists’ research competence development, IT students’ intercultural competence and future social workers’ professional ethics advancing. The peculiarities of readiness formation for students’ professional career choice and implementation, future tourism specialists’ excursion activities, future skilled motor transport industry workers’ innovative industry technologies use are revealed. The historical and pedagogical analysis of Ukrainian business leaders’ values transformation in XIX and early XX centuries are represented and aspects of foreign VET development are described, namely: European strategy for education information support (move to open education), legislation provision of VET development in Western European countries, education reforms impact for CVET development in Turkey. For researchers, scientific, pedagogical and teaching staff of professional (vocational) schools, specialists of pre-high and high education, structural units of enterprises, further teacher development institutes, educational (scientific)-methodological VET centres, PhD and Dr degree students.
