Abstract

Changes in education are conditioned by some contradictions: аt the level of the global information space; аt the level of the national educational system; аt the level of the educational institution. Based on the computer-technology platform of modern education, which acquires characteristics of open, there is a transformation of traditional learning environment into the environment of computer-mediate communication, in which the educational and cognitive activity o fstudents is carried out.
