Abstract
The article describes the main approaches to the interpretation of the network society in the context of the implementation of cloud computing technologies in educational practice. The types of activities supported in cloud environments, the main way of organization of which is the network, is described and characterized. It has been theoretically proved that cloud computing technologies contribute to the development of communication links between participants in the educational process involved in the network.
