Abstract

The toy is a means of a comprehensive harmonious development of the child's personality. The gaming industry, like all areas of human activity, is strongly influenced by information and communication technologies. Traditional toys are also affected by ICT. The diversification of toys based on ICT is a concern for teachers and psychologists because of the possible negative impact on the physical, mental and spiritual health of the child. The range of issues that need to be addressed in order to adequately use the electronic toy as a means of ICT in the educational process of a preschool educational institution is outlined.
