Abstract

The article deals with the idea of a nation-wide network of information-analytical performance evaluation system in young people on the results of intellectual competitions - іnternational and national competitions, contests, tournaments, conferences, seminars, competitions, protection of the National Center "Minor Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" and other events approved by the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which have a competitive nature. Attention is paid to the conceptual aspect of analytical actions during the collection of the system of informative data on the formation of the intellectual potential of the state, on the basis of which the rating list of the best participants and winners is built according to the received final scores and their distribution occurs in a networked environment.
