Abstract
The article presents the results of a psychodiagnostic study aimed at identifying the psychological factors of professional self-realization of teachers. The results obtained were verified using regression analysis. Found that the most important are four factors: scale of value orientations, self-efficacy, external negative motivation, scale of views on the nature of man. These factors influence the professional self-realization of teachers, which, in turn, is the summit of self-realization and disclosure of the creative and spiritual potential of a person. It is obvious that the selected methods include indicators that can be considered as the expressed factors of professional self-realization of teachers.
