Abstract

Results of numerous researches on a perspective of development of konflictological culture in educators and improvement of their interpersonal interaction are covered that can well affect deeper understanding of the nature of psychology and pedagogical processes and the phenomenon, improvement of psychological climate in educational and pedagogical collectives and in society in general.
