Abstract
Numerous and multiple crises of modernity, especially in it's psychological aspect, are inculcated in the global civilization's crisis of last centuries. The latter is frequently defined as "crisis of culture" and "crisis of consciousness". The author expose a sense and relation of these universal definitions at the context of philosophical logic of culture (V.Bibler). This conception enable to construct the psychological model of crises and it's overcoming by development of efficient relations of consciousness and thinking as main psychical orientations. The latter is possible by means of individual and social orientation at the being in culture (in the world of works), that is the dialogue of culture.
