Abstract
Student activity is considered by the author as a triadity of its aspects (content, operational and motivational), while the interdependence of the operational and motivational composition of the student's educational activities is focused on. According to the materials of the specially conducted research, it is determined that the motive factor for the formation of a stable positive attitude of junior pupils to the study is the correspondence of other intellectual skills to the level of difficulty with which students encounter during the solving of educational tasks (thoughtful, magical, mnemonic, etc.) the difficulties of learning that this schoolboy can handle on his own. consequently, for the formation of educational activities in junior pupils, the teacher has to take care of the positive motivation to gradually increase these successes in mastering the ability to study.
