Abstract

Materials of the article in the collection of scientific works devoted to the 100th anniversary of the birth of prof. D. Nikolenko (1899-1993), reveals the multifaceted and multi-vector, ascetic activity of Dmitry Fedotovich in the field of training and education of teachers for a secondary school in Ukraine, preparing them for the fruitful introduction into the educational process of the principles of respect for a teacher to the student's personality, the development of his mind and public consciousness.
