Abstract

The conceptual apparatus, principles, methods and approaches to the cloud-based learning and research environment formation in educational university are substantiated, the main stages of its evolution are determined. The classification of electronic resources for educational and scientific purposes in the cloud-based environment is developed, the model of the cloud-based learning and research environment of an educational institution is substantiated, reflecting the processes of its formation and development. The conception of formation of the cloud-oriented learning and research environment of educational institution, recommendations for the use of various types of services within the environment are developed.
