Abstract
The article reveals the peculiarities of using coaching as to innovative technology of pedagogical cooperation in higher education in Ukraine. The essence and main approaches to the definition of "coaching", aspects of the coaching process are reflected in it. The authors presents a new innovative approach to learning in the institution of education, modern image of the teacher of high school, especially the relationship between teacher and student, student areas of assistance in the staging of jobs, stimulating creative solutions, support for achieving the goals of motivations for mobilizing their own resources quantitative options for individual educational trajectory, achieving goals, empowerment, promotion of professional and personal development. These principles enable you to create a new approach to learning, to introduce interactive elements, a new meaning for both teachers and students, will help enable students in the learning process, improve motivation and responsibility for the result. Justified the importance of the application of the coaching technology and use coaching tools as to innovative technology of pedagogical cooperation in higher education. It seemed the introduction of coaching technologies at all levels of higher education system of Ukraine, as well as the system of refresher and improvement of teaching staff.
