Abstract
The article informs about the problem of the normative crisis in society. In particular, there is analyzed the contradiction between old and new social norms, and consequences, resulting thereof contradictions for behavior of the people. For analysis of the problem is attracted the theory of anomic frustrations of Durkheim and Merton. According to the Merton's classification of types of anomic behavior, the behavior associated with the replacement of old rules to new called rebellion. The article is an attempt to develop a typology of rebellious behavior. There are following categories of rebels were identified as a nihilist, Jacobin and reformer. We called nihilist rebel who breaks old rules and does not create new ones. Rebel, which destroys the old standards and introduces new forcibly, was called Jacobin. Rebel, which does not destroy, but gradually transforms the old rate on new, this rebel reformer. It is indicated on need of preventions some deviations of social behavior by social creativity.
