Abstract
The article presents the results of the empirical research of the psychological culture of teachers - preschoolers. On the basis of the analysis, generalization and systematization of scientific sources, indicators of the formation of such basic components of psychological culture of teachers as cognitive, affective, value-sense, behavioral (related to activity), motivational, reflexive-perceptual and creative were determined. Levels of psychological culture of teachers are recognized and analyzed. The conclusions drawn in the article can be used during theoretical substantiation and practical development of the methodology of personal development of teachers.
