Abstract

Article is devoted a problem of formation of the personality of the artist. According to A. Malro conception, only that young man becomes an artist, who by discovery of art world more deeply was impressed than of discovery of things. Specific illumination of young man in contact with some scientific or artistic work H. Gardner names “crystallization experience”. Professional self-determination and self-realization are results of such experience. Characterized the next stage in the development of person gifted in art: 1) child's integrity, 2) sociocultural adaptation, 3) personal and professional individualization, 4) integration. Analyzed the conditions of transition from each previous stage to the next, as well as conditions for the achievement of acme. The transition from the first stage to the second stage are the separation of the "ego", the growing importance of the reality principle, the violation of the initial balance of desires and possibilities, a sense of dissatisfaction. The conditions of transition from the second to the third stage are the growth of competence, the growth of self-confidence, awareness of themselves as distinct from others, the desire to break free from various uncontrollable influences, unconscious imitation, the awareness of his or her individuality. The transition from the third to the fourth stage – the stage of achieving the acme – are a high level of craftsmanship, internal integration, the attainment of your calling, creative dedication.
