Abstract

The manual is devoted to some aspects of the psychology of communication for health professionals. The peculiarities of the interaction of doctors with patients with different types of temperament, attitude to the disease are highlighted; outlined the psychological characteristics of different constitutional types of patients. Particular attention is paid to the psychological states of people with various diseases, ways of establishing effective interaction with them are determined. The book describes in detail the stress disorder of participants in combat operations, the potential for post-traumatic growth after trauma and severe illnesses. The psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic methods, which the medical worker can apply in his daily work, is also presented. The manual is addressed to the health worker, psychologists, social workers, students of higher education institutions and everyone who is interested in the psychology of communication in the health care system.
